Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Extended holiday returns: Everything bought between November 24th and Christmas Eve (December 24th) may be returned until January 7th. This extended period is a voluntary commitment from us and does not limit your statutory rights.

How to start a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within the 14-day period by either:

Once your return request is registered, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please always request a return before sending anything back. Packages sent without a prior return request, or sent to a delivery/pickup center instead of directly to us, cannot be picked up daily and may significantly delay your refund.

Returning the item

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, for both returns and exchanges. Returns should be sent straight to us and not to a delivery center.

Please handle the items only as you would in a store, to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, for example if items are returned worn, used, without tags or without original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier).

The refund includes:

  • The full price of the returned product(s)
  • The original standard delivery cost. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Statutory rights for faulty goods apply in addition to, and independently of, the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised products (such as special orders or made-to-order items)
  • Sealed personal care and hygiene goods (such as beauty products) that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale and discounted items can be returned under the same 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items. Gift cards can be refunded only if unused. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
